Maarten is an experienced tendermanager (> 50 projects) and the head of the Best Value coreteam at ProRail. ProRail is the dutch railway manager with an annual spend of 2 billion euros. Maarten is certified in Value Management (DACE, 2013), A+ certified Best Value Trainer (PBSRG, 2014 - 2015) and member of the Dutch Best Value Certification Board. Maarten also works as an independent advisor and Best Value trainer.
